In order to get your driver’s license. First, you must take and pass a Written Test to get a Learner’s License. With this license, you will be able to practice your driving skills with an experienced driver. Then after 6 months and when you are ready, you can take a Road Test with Access Nova Scotia. (See here: http://novascotia.ca/sns/access). After passing the road test, you will become a Newly Licensed driver under the Graduated License System.
